Hüsten Hüsten is a township in the Ruhr valley of northwest Germany. It was joined with Neheim to form Neheim-Hüsten and is now part of the larger city of Arnsberg. There are various connections of the Biele Family to Hüsten, including a "Hotel Biele" formerly located in the town center and many Biele family members associated with the town. I purchased this postcard in 2009 from a dealer in Germany. The postcard is postmarked June 5, 1903 in Hagen and was mailed to Munster. The postcard is titled "Markt mit Kirche" or "marketplace with church. On the large building to the left of the church is a sign "Hotel Biele".
Here is a more modern picture of the same area.
